  • Weekdays, In Season: $2.75 ft
  • Weekends, In Season: $3.25 ft
  • Holidays: $3.75 ft
  • Spring/Fall: $2.50 ft
  • Winter: $2.25 ft
  • Electricity 30 amp: $7.00 per day
  • Electricity Twin 30 amp or single 50 amp:  $14.00 per day

MONTHLY RATES

  • In Season: Starting at $26/ft per month
  • Spring/Fall: Starting at $20/ft per month
  • Winter: Starting at $16/ft per month
  • Weekly Rates Also Available
  • Electricity: $25/week per 30-amp, $50/week per 50-amp, Metered for stays longer than 1-month

ANNUAL RATES

  • Annual Slips are available from 20′-60′
  • Pricing starts at $100 per foot
  • Annual Pricing is based on SLIP Length, Beam, and Location, not boat length
  • The 12-month Annual Contract begins April 1.
  • Electricity is metered and billed monthly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A Credit Card Number is required to hold a reservation.
  • 24 Hours Notice of Cancellation is Required (72 Hours on Holidays)
  • Failure to Cancel may result in the full dockage being charged to the credit card.
  • In case of mechanical failure, please call the Marina Office at 410-326-2161 no later than 10 AM on your Arrival Date and the cancellation fees may be waived at the Manager’s discretion.
  • Rates are subject to change at any time.

MONTHLY SLIP NOTES

  • Monthly Slip Availability is Limited.
  • Slips are not guaranteed from Month to Month.
  • Monthly Reservations require a $200 deposit, refundable up to 30-days prior to arrival.
  • Rates are subject to change at any time.
